A Royal Copenhagen S.G. Kelsey bronze sculpture of a female skater.
A limited edition, this piece is mounted on marble and has a gold plaque which reads ‘Royal Copenhagen, Sculptor: S-G Kelsey, 134/2500’.
S. G. Kelsey was born in 1941 and graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1964. In 1975 she was invited to work with Royal Copenhagen and became the first sculptor to design bronze figures in the 200 year history of Royal Copenhagen.
