A sterling silver apostle spoon from 1948 by Birmingham maker W.T. Hickman. This piece features an oval shaped bowl on a thin, twisted stem and a cloaked figure handle. It is stamped to the back with the ‘WTH’ maker’s mark alongside three hallmarks of an anchor for Birmingham, a lion for sterling, and a ‘Y’ for 1948. The approximate weight is 0.655 ozt.
