This painting depicts a woman in Quaker style clothes, including a blue dress, ruffled white apron and bonnet, happily mixing eggs into a bowl in a dimly lit kitchen. To the foreground is a cracked egg alongside a wooden spoon, additional eggs and a bottle of milk. This unsigned painting is presented in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
