A pair of Renaissance style armchairs. Each chair features a serpentine crested, upholstered back, scrolled arms with acanthus carving and tightly scrolled hand holds resting onto curved and carved supports. The chairs include cushioned seats and scrolled legs with H-stretchers including the multiple scrolled elements and carved details. Both chairs have purple foliate print fabric upholstery and are marked with an attached ‘Sam Moore Furniture’ tag on the underside.
