Reed & Barton "Palace" and 1847 Rogers Bros. Silver Plate Demitasse Spoons
Item Details
An assortment of seven silver plate demitasse spoons. Featured are four spoons in the Arcadian pattern by 1847 Rogers (first introduced 1884). They feature tapered handles with a scrolled design at the center and a lightly chased Grecian goddess motif at the termination. Each is marked ‘1847 Rogers Bros. A1’ to the reverse. Also included are three spoons in the Palace pattern by Reed & Barton. Each features a flared handle with a rounded tip and a personalized ‘D’ engraving in cursive script. They are marked ‘Reed & Barton 2’ to the reverse.
Condition
- minor surface wear including scratches and minimal tarnish; the Reed & Barton spoons have personalized engravings.
