Federal Mahogany Veneered Desk by John Wanamaker

Item Details

A vintage Federal style mahogany veneered vanity desk by John Wanamaker. This knee-hole desk comprises a rectangular mahogany veneered top over a central drawer flanked by three drawers to each side, all with machine-dovetailed joinery and brass oval plate, bail pulls. It stands on eight French flared feet joined by a scalloped apron. A maker’s tag is seen to the back.
