A ’Chippendale style dining room set by Kincaid Furniture. This listing includes an expansion table, two leaves, two armchairs, and four side chairs. The table features scalloped ends, bold cabriole legs with a carved shell motif to the knees, and pad feet. It expands to hold up to two aproned leaves, which are stored to the underside. The chairs feature carved crests with a shell motif, shaped splats, curved stiles, shell-shaped slip seats, and cabriole front legs with a carved shell motif to the knees and trifid feet. All seats are upholstered in an ivory-hued brocade. This set is constructed of solid wood and walnut veneers with an antiqued finish. These items are all located on the main level of the home.

Condition

- marks to the chair frames. Minor soiling to the upholstered seats. Repair noted to one chair at the crest and stile joint. Sturdy construction.

- measured of the table when not extended. The leaves measure 18" W each; allowing for overall lengths of 64", 82", or 100". The armchairs measure approximately 32" W x 41" H x 19" D. The side chairs measure 21.5" W x 41" H x 18" D. All chairs have a seat height of approximately 18.5".
