An upholstered recliner. This chair features a tufted backrest, tight seat cushion and low pillow-top armrests. It is upholstered in a neutral-tone woven chenille. The legs extend by a lever to the lower left side. This item is located on the lower level of the home with a walkout exit to a sloped yard.

Condition

- overall. Damage to the wooden recliner handle. The lower left button in the tufted back cushion is popped. The upholstery appears in good condition with no stains, rips or holes.
