Quartersawn Oak Mission Style Rocking Chair

A vintage Mission style rocking chair. This quartersawn oak piece has a straight top rail over three vertical splats, set on a straight crosspiece. It has straight armrests with angular support to the side of the block stile, which continues past the scooped seat to the leg. The legs are joined front to back with a block bar stretcher and runners. No visible maker’s marks.
