Chinese Copper Tone Ewer with Dragon Handle
Item Details
A Chinese copper tone ewer with dragon handle. This footed ewer features an elongated form with a bulbous base and a long neck leading up to a removable dome lid with finial. It has a swan neck spout protruding from a dragon’s mouth to one side and and ornate dragon handle to the other. The body is decorated with applied beading, chased scrollwork, and a raised antiqued brass floral motif. The underside is marked with impressed Chinese characters.
