Curtis Jeré Signed Metal and Quartz Tabletop Sculpture of Swan and Mirror

Item Details

A Curtis Jere bronze and quartz sculpture. This sculpture depicts a small molded bronze goose displaying aggression at its reflection in a molded bronze and glass mirror, with small grass plants to the side made of copper wire. The figures rest on a quartz stone base and is signed to the underside of the goose’s wing. The sculpture is signed ‘C. Jeré ’72’ along the wing of the goose.

This item has been evaluated and verified by an independent Master Geologist. (DCCPLS).

Condition

- bend to finial at upper left of mirror; drawn “cracks” on mirror; tarnish to mirror and bird; patina and burnishing to bird; surface wear and accretions throughout metal and base.
