Hand-Painted Chinese Flagon

Item Details

A hand-painted Chinese Tibetan flagon. The Tibetan flagon and cover was known as a _ Duomuhu_ and features a cylindrical body divided into four sections by three bands with floral patterns. Each section presents with medallions of flowers on gold tone scroll backgrounds. The pot features a serpent head and tongue handle and spout. It is stamp marked to the underside.
