A color lithograph print after Bal Des Incoherents by listed French artist Maurice Louis Henri Neumont (1868-1930). This image depicts a group of entertainers such as clowns and showgirls dancing around a gas streetlight as if it is a maypole. The work is signed in-plate ‘Maurice Neumont ’92’ in the lower right. It is presented under glass with a white mat with gold tone liner in a gold tone wood frame. A factory label is adhered to the paper backing.
