A 1969 oil painting on canvas by Yugoslavian-American artist Anton Weiss (b. 1936). The piece depicts a girl in a peach dress with tutu-style skirt standing against a red wall while holding yellow and orange balloons. The work is signed and dated in black paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a wooden frame that includes a label with artist information adhered to the verso.
