A hand written note in Italian penned by legendary opera performer Giacomo Puccini (1858-1924) to a friend he refers to as Dearest de Nevry. The correspondence is written on a note card from G. Ricordi & C. in Milano dated 1898, the publisher of opera and classical music from all the important 19th century composers to include Rossini, Bellini, Verdi and Puccini. A translation of the note in English is included, the note is presented under glass in a simple clip frame.
