A late 20th-century watercolor painting on paper by listed American artist William Benecke (1934 – 2001) titled Courtyard. The piece depicts the front of a stately building with arched white columns, teal door, stone patio and accents of lush greenery. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right. It is matted in cream and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame. The frame backing includes a label with artist information.

- minor discoloration to paper and matting; edge wear, nicks and scratches to frame; no hanging hardware; water stains to frame’s backing paper.
