A pair of circa 1870 hand colored lithographs by John Gould titled Mountain or Bramble Finch and White Winged Cross Bill. Each print depicts two birds perched on a tree branch. Each print is mounted under glass with an off white mat, painted green on the bevel, in a wooden frame finished in silver and gold gilt.

Condition

- condition varies; prints are discolored and somewhat foxed; mats are slightly discolored; minor nicks and scratches to the frames; water stains to the verso of each.

Dimensions

- measurements of one frame; visible image is 10.75" W x 16" H.
