A late 20th-century watercolor painting on paper by American artist Barbara Hess Pugsley titled Grand Hotel. The Impressionist-inspired piece depicts an early 20th-century scene with a group of women and children walking toward a large stately hotel surrounded by trees and greenery. The work is signed in grey paint to the lower right. It is presented under acrylic glass in a gold tone wooden and gesso frame. The frame backing includes a label with artist information.

- minor discoloration to paper, liner and backing paper; nicks, edge wear and scratching to frame; no hanging hardware.
