A contemporary Mission style cherry stained wooden futon and side table. The futon has wide armrests over slatted sides, and is raised on block legs. It has a cushion and matching pillows printed in a bright tropical floral motif on sage green background. The table has a solid, square top with rounded sides, on slatted side panels and block legs, attached by a slatted second tier. This item is located on the lower level of the property.

• Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, an option to transfer this item to the Indianapolis Everything But the House showroom is available for a $50 fee. Item will be transferred the week after Thanksgiving.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.
