A Hepplewhite style mahogany armchair. This armchair with its pierced vase splat has a square back, that extends downward to form the back legs, with an arched crest rail, with the shaped arms resting on supports that attach to the square seat which is upholstered in cut red velvet and sits on two square reeded legs on spade feet in the front, the four legs connected by a plain H stretcher. Unmarked.
