A Royal Copenhagen ‘Amager Girls Reading’ figurine 1395. The underglazed figure was designed for the ‘Realism’ series by Lotte Benter. The young girls are reading, one looks over the others shoulder. The girls are dressed in traditional Danish regional outfits. The pieces are stamped ‘Royal Copenhagen’ to the underside.
