A hand tufted Indian Kingsley House wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of rust, ivory, pale yellow, olive, and slate. The rust colored field features a latticed herati pattern, and framed in a herati patterned border as well, with a pair of floral meander guard borders. Finishing the rug is a cotton binding and backing, labeled ‘The Kingsley House Collection, Pile Contents 100% Virgin Wool, Handmade in India’.
