Item Details
A handwoven Anatolian kilim wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, black, crimson, sage, sky blue, sepia, and sand. The crenelated black field features three square medallions infilled with ashik medallions, and also show fetter style motifs and other geometric patterns. Framing the field is a repeated ram’s horn border with sawtooth patterns to the edges. Finishing this kilim are overcast selvedges and a natural double knotted fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
