A hand-knotted Indo-Persian mir-a-boteh carpet runner. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of fawn,ocher, orange,forest green, and ivory. The field is patterned with a mir-a-boteh motif and this same design is repeated in the main border. It has stripped guard borders and fringe to either end. It is marked to the reverse ‘Handwoven in India’.
