Hepplewhite Style Vanity With Bench

Item Details

A vintage Hepplewhite style vanity and matching stool, in walnut. The rectangular top features a low splash and concave front, above an inset, corresponding drawer, flanked by two cabinet doors with figured walnut and canted stiles with cast, bellflower pendants, on eight cabriole legs. The stool has curved, raised back and sides, above a rose damask slip-seat and cabriole legs. Circa 1920-30s. See 17DET045-164 for companion item.
