An authentic 1966 Ideal Toys Batman cowl mask and cape. Superheros Batman’s cowl is constructed of durable molded plastic with a cut-out area for a child’s face, Painted blue and black, the Batman logo appears on the chin area. Marked on the backside in embossed lettering it reads ‘@ 1966 N.P.P. Inc Ideal Toy Corp. 2.’ Finally, Batman’s blue cape is presented in a thin rubberized material with yellow and black logo. Both cowl mask and cape retain its bold and vivid colors on this mid-century child’s toy.
Condition
Good Condition overall. The cowl mask has a split in the plastic mold. The split is located in the front area, left of the Batman logo. This split measures approximately two inches. The plastic exhibits some scratching, slight paint loss. The cape is in very good condition
Dimensions
The measurements above reflect the size of the items when folded. The cape measures 32" wide by 27" tall when lying flat. The cowl mask measures 8" by 12" tall.
