A sterling silver flatware set in the Spring Glory pattern by International Silver Company, produced from 1942 -1996. The set includes twelve hollow handle dinner knives with stainless steel blades, twelve flat handle butter spreaders, twelve salad forks, twelve dinner forks, ten soup spoons, twenty-four teaspoons, one pair of sugar tongs, one baby fork, one gravy ladle, one serving spoon, and one cold meat fork. The tips of the handles feature an open chased floral and scroll design and the backs are marked ‘International Sterling Spring Glory’. The items are presented in a wooden tarnish-proof chest with personalized plaque that reads ‘CPC 1964’. The total approximate weight, excluding the knives with stainless steel blades, is 88.105 ozt.
Condition
- minor surface wear including faint scratches and minimal tarnish; the storage case has few scratches to exterior, a small chip on side of lid’s top, small damage to lining; knife holder is slightly loose.
