An oil painting on canvas by artist M. Harold. The piece depicts a stylized portrait of a chef at work in his kitchen, stirring a pot with one hand while holding a cookbook in the other. The work is signed in red paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a black and gold tone wooden frame with floral gesso embellishments, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- slight discoloration to image; two marks to canvas at lower right; minor edge wear and scratching to frame; no backing paper present.
