Item Details
An assortment of English pewter tankards. Featured is a hammered tankard with a square handle and glass base marked ‘Craftsman Pewter Sheffield, Made in England’, a footed tankard with a flared rim and double scroll handle marked ‘B.M.F.A. Sheffield England Pewter’, and a pair of tapered pint tankards with D-shaped handles marked ‘James Dixon & Sons Sheffield, Cornish Pewter, WI882P, 1Pt, Made in England’. Also included is a stout mug with a concentric circle design and an S-scroll handle.
Condition
- some surface wear including scratches and minimal tarnish; one tankard base is dented.
