French Provincial Buffet with Cabinet Attributed to Thomasville

A large French Provincial style buffet with cabinet, attributed to Thomasville. The cabinet is made of poplar wood, with a pecan color aged and distressed finish. There is crown molding at the top, with beaded panels down the sides. Two lattice panel cabinets flank an open shelf and two glass front cabinets on the top. The bottom cabinet has an overhung top with rounded corners, above three center dovetailed drawers, flanked by cabinets with recessed and arched panels. The interiors of the cabinets have shelves, and a flatware drawer is fitted with dividers and brown flannel cloth on the bottom. The cabinets and drawers are fitted with brass pulls. A scrolled skirt trims the bottom, and the display cabinet rests on short, curved, cabriole legs. Please note, this very large, very heavy item is located on a main floor, and it comes apart in two sections for easier transport.
