A Mappin & Webb silver plate egg coddler and an assortment of silver plate decor. This includes a Mappin & Webb egg coddler with swan finial featuring an etched pattern on the lid and engraved swags on the body resting on scrolled supports connected to a stepped open circle base. This is presented with a set of two silver plate extendable trivets with an open scroll acanthus leaf design from the Sheffield Silver Company, and a silver plate round chafing dish with curved acanthus leaf legs, a pierced support and a simple lid with a looped open handle.
Condition
some surface wear with faint markings and minimal tarnishing
