A watercolor painting on paper of a creek scene. This painting depicts a calm, reflective body of water jutting up against a dirt shore clustered with grass. To the distance is a canopy of trees rendered with daubed green tones. This unsigned painting is presented under glass beneath matting in a black and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- debris under glass to lower center of image and upper right of mat; discoloration to mat; accretions throughout frame; chips to gold tone border to lower right corner of frame; wear and nicks to frame particularly at joints; slight gap to upper right joint of frame.
