A handwoven Turkish kilim wool carpet runner. This flatweave rug is rendered in a palette of wine, crimson, salmon, indigo, black, and ivory. The field features two diamond shapes comprised of jagged triangle patterns in an ashik style. Framing the colorful field is an embroidered diamond patterned border in ivory, and finished with overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
