A power-loomed Persian-inspired wool area rug. The rug has been worked in shades of sky blue, camel, cinnamon, navy, and ivory. There is a large pendant medallion on the sky blue field that is surrounded by floral motifs. The dark blue spandrels are bordered by cartouche borders and infilled with scrolled floral designs and palmettes. There are paired guard borders flanking a primary border with samovar devices. No label.
