An oil painting on canvas of Lew Bell by artist Robert O. Roberts. This painting depicts the bearded man in front portraiture, who stares forward behind shaded glasses wearing a green shirt and large cowboy hat. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted signature. The painting is presented in a stained wooden frame featuring a linen liner. To the verso is affixed hanging wire and a graphite inscription labeling the subject and artist.

- slight discoloraton to the linen lining; scratching and wear to the frame; slight discoloration to the verso; wrinkling to the paper backing.
