Mid Century Couroc Plates with Inlay Designs
Item Details
A collection of decorative mid century plates from Couroc of Monterey, California. The plates are made from a black plastic resin material and inlaid with design motifs using small pieces of stone, metal and other materials. In this offering are three plates with lobsters, two with musical instruments and one with fish. At least one of the plates has a sticker from the maker affixed to the back.
Condition
- at lease two of the pieces have damaged areas to the top surfaces, resembling a burn or melted texture; faint surface marks present throughout.
