A folk art painting on paper by ZA Weaver. Depicted is a river landscape with a red watermill to the right and rich green grass throughout. Signed to the lower right appearing as, ‘Z.A. Weaver.’ The works remain unmounted and unframed.

Weaver was a self-taught outsider artist from Centre County, Pennsylvania. A farmer by trade, no one knew that he painted in his free time and hid the works in a box in his drawer. The works were later to be discovered by his son.
