A pair of hand colored engravings on paper of French interiors featuring Le Billet-doux by Niklas Lavreince (1737-1807). These highly detailed pieces depict men and women seated in ornate rooms, with titles and publication information in French below each image. Each print is presented under glass in a wood and gesso frame, wired to hang.

Condition

- significant discoloration to paper; debris and surface abrasion to one image toward left side; cracks and surface wear to frames.
