Delft, Occupied Japan, snuff bottle and stone animal assortment. This collection of ten pieces includes a small Dutch girl and boy kissing. It is marked, ‘Holland’ to the front and ‘Handp.d.blue 9810066’ to the bottom. An boy dressed in 18th century garb and playing a horn is marked, ‘Made in Occupied Japan’. The frosted glass snuff bottle features a blue trim, an Asian outdoor scene and a red dauber with a small spoon to the end. The chalkware figures of the young men are marked, ‘Made in Mexico’. The duck figurine/pencil holder is marble and the dog is constructed of agate The pair of chalkware busts are unmarked. The collection also includes a brass building on a marble base with an illegible mark.
