Item Details
A vintage coin-operated floor scale by the Watling Scale Co. of Chicago. The enameled, metal case features a cream-colored top above a tapered, red-orange base with a mirrored front. The top has a coin slot as well as a glass-covered read-out gauge with suggested height and weight measurements for men and women. The front of the top is marked ‘How Much Do You Weigh? / How The Average Person Gains and Loses Weight Throughout Twenty Four Hours / No Springs’. The scale rises on a black base with a silver tone platform and rear casters. Also included are two working keys.
