A porcelain plate by Richard Ginori after On The Banks of the Seine by Italian painter Carlo Pittara (1836-1890). The piece is decorated with a vignette from the painting, depicting a pair of women at a riverside cafe. The plate is finished with a green band to the edge. It is marked with a printed signature to lower right and a green underglaze stamp to the verso.
