An oil painting on canvas with velvet appliqué and embroidered details by New York/ Denmark marine artist Thomas Willis (1850 – 1925). The work depicts a nautical scene with the boat Two Sisters on the open waters. Signed by the artist to the lower right corner. Housed in a brown-tone wood frame under antique glass.

- minor wear to the frame; dust to the canvas verso; canvas loose from frame.
