A 1998 limited edition serigraph print on paper by listed California Folk artist Jane Wooster Scott (born 1920) titled When Freedom Rings. The piece depicts a New England village scene, with a marching band and celebrating figures set against quaint homes and shops. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right margin and numbered to the lower left as 77 out of an edition of 175. It is double-matted and presented under glass in a decorative wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso. The frame backing includes a certificate of authenticity from Scott Arts Graphics with information about the work.
