A 1992 limited edition signed offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by listed California Folk artist Jane Wooster Scott (born 1920) titled Coupled. The piece depicts a turn-of-the-century scene with a young couple checking into the ‘Honeymoon Hotel’, set against a backdrop of spring vegetation, twilight skies and a hot air balloon labeled ‘Sweethearts’. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right margin, signed and titled in plate within the image and numbered to the lower left as 111 out of an edition of 1225. It is double-matted and presented under glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso. The frame backing includes a certificate of authenticity from Scott Arts Graphics with information about the work.
