A 1998 limited edition signed offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by listed California Folk artist Jane Wooster Scott (born 1920) titled Jingle Bells and Carolers. The piece depicts a festive winter village scene at night, with a hayride, Christmas carolers and children with sleds scattered among quaint homes and buildings. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right margin, signed and titled in plate to the lower right within the image and numbered to the lower left as 796 out of an edition of 1225. It is double-matted and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso. The frame backing includes a certificate of authenticity from Scott Arts Graphics with information about the work.
