An acrylic painting on canvas by listed American artist Allayn Stevens (20th-century) titled The Yelland’s Patio. The piece depicts a quaint porch lined with greenery overlooking a sunny seascape and village rooftops below. The work is signed in blue paint to the lower right, the the artist’s name and work title written to the verso of the top stretcher bar. It is presented without glass in a cream floating wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso.
