A hand-knotted Indian Agra style wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of black, gold, camel, cranberry, rust, sage, and sepia. The black field features an all-over herati pattern as well as to the cranberry main border. The main herati patterned border is guarded by a barber pole, and a floral meander minor borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
