A boy’s circa 1940s vintage ceremonial kimono. This silk crepe kimono is hand decorated with resist dyed design, elaborate embroidery, surihaku and metallic threading. The cream kimono has gradient indigo across the shoulders and hemlines, embroidered kabuto to the back and green and gold cloud motif. The interior is lined in cream and blue silk.
