A pair Chinese masks. The carved and painted wooden masks include a jolly man’s face and a fierce demon mask. Each mask is decorated with elaborate painted designs in red, blue, yellow and on a black background and with metallic silver on the demon mask. Each is fitted with a cord loop to the verso for hanging. Each bears a painted character to the top ‘Fú’ or good luck (福) and Dragon (龍).
