A signed lithograph print titled Old Water Mill, Rankin, KY by Charles Winston Haberer (1905-1958). This monochromatic print depicts a rustic wooden water mill next to a narrow river. The work is signed both in plate and in graphite by Winston and titled by hand in the lower margin. It is presented under glass with a tan mat with black bevel in a wood frame with gold tone rope twist liner. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

- moderate discoloration to image; minor wear to frame.
